The brand Agrival is a historical brand in Aosta Valley, famous throughout Italy for the processing of mountains’ apples.
In 2015 it was taken over by chef Luca Berolatti, owner of the Del Monte restaurant in Colleretto Giacosa, who continued the production with traditional and rigorous methods, also investing in research and innovation.
All products are free of dyes, preservatives, thickeners. There is no trace of gluten in the Agrival’s laboratory.
