Organic spelt produced by de Claricini farm, ground and packaged in Friuli Venezia Giulia thanks to the de Claricini short food supply chain.
The spelt is decorticated and then, with a single passage, stone ground. The flour obtained is sieved to obtain half whole grain flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals thanks to the presence of the germ and bran.
The flour obtained is particularly suitable for baking and for the preparation of sweets.
