Organic spelt produced by de Claricini farm, ground and packaged in Friuli Venezia Giulia thanks to the de Claricini short food supply chain.
Our tagliatelle are hand-made pasta prepared with half whole grain spelt flour stone ground.
Bronze drawing gives it roughness to retain and absorb the various condiments in the best possible way. Its delicate flavor allows it to be combined with the most varied condiments.
