The Montonico wine shows golden reflections in light tones. Its scents are of almond, chamomile, citrus peel and lime; it also has complex tertiary notes of toast, hazelnut and a touch of honey, deriving from the aging in the bottle for at least 15 months.
The body is light with very high and refreshing acidity. Sapid with mineral and slightly phenolic finish.
Montonico will give to every course the possibility of expressing the organoleptic nuances that distinguish it to the fullest. Precisely for this reason it goes perfectly with fish dishes, especially raw, as well as cured meats and meat tartare.
Finally, the low alcohol content allows excellent conviviality accompanying the entire meal.
